Our policies are in place to protect not only our participants but our coaches and volunteers too, we also insure that all our coaches and volunteers are regularly vetted and maintain their first aid and safeguarding registrations

Role Model:

Act as a positive role model for participants, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.

Communication:

Maintain open and honest communication with participants, parents, and the organisation's officials.

Fulfill assigned duties and responsibilities reliably and to the best of your ability.

Respect:

Treat everyone within the organisation and community with courtesy and respect.

Confidentiality:

Protect the confidentiality of any sensitive information obtained during your volunteering.

Safety:

Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring the well-being of all members and visitors.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with other volunteers and organisation members to achieve common goals.

Embrace diversity and encourage an inclusive atmosphere within the organisation.

Communication:

Maintain clear and professional communication with organisation leaders and other volunteers.

Maintain appropriate boundaries with all participants, avoiding any actions that could be misunderstood or inappropriate.

Training:

Participate in all required safeguarding training and refreshers as mandated by the organisation.

Vigilance:

Be vigilant in identifying and addressing potential risks to the safety and well-being of members.

Data Protection Code of Conduct

Compliance:

Adhere to all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR.

Data Handling:

care, ensuring it is collected, stored, and used securely and only for legitimate purposes.

Confidentiality:

Maintain the confidentiality of personal data and only share it with authorized individuals.
